    • Created E2E self-service experiences like digital tickets, authorized signers, an app marketplace, and an admin dashboard.

    • Empowered 5k+ users on Chase Connect and JPMorgan Access to self-serve support, cutting case creation time by 90%.

    • Launched Chase's first digitized authorized signers experience, onboarding 2k+ clients in the initial release.

    • Facilitated cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, content, and policy teams to craft cohesive UX and UI solutions for both client-facing and internal experiences, approaching each challenge through a service design lens.

    • Defined target states and phased designs for platform-agnostic experiences, leveraging user research, testing, and multiple design systems to drive vision and secure stakeholder buy-in.
